2012 BMW K1600 GTL in Green Bay, Wisconsin

I purchased the bike two years ago from the local BMW dealer.  This bike is their flagship model and I purchased it with all the options including the passenger
armrests.  When it comes to safety it has everything you would expect from a top of the line BMW.  Traction control, ABS, HID fog lights and a gyro-scoping headlight..
This model also comes with fully adjustable suspension which can be adjusted through the main menu.  You can select one or two riders and luggage. The bike also has an
engine management system that changes the performance based on rain, road or dynamic.  All of this makes it a fun and safe bike to ride.  My wife and I have taken it
on multiple 200-300 trips in all different types of weather.  With the adjustable windshield, headed seats for both driver and passenger (along with heated grips) this
bike is great for warm and cold weather riding.  The inline 6 cylinder engine has endless power throughout the RPM range which gives you the confidence to pass on a
two lane highway while in 6th gear with no trouble at all.  When it is just me, I usually remove the saddlebags and top case.  This only takes a matter of seconds
which is one of the biggest reasons I bought the bike.  This gives the bike a sport look and makes getting on and off easier.  It is also a blast to drive on winding
back roads.  When in full performance mode it cuts through corners with ease and you never have to fight it.  In summary, this is a great bike and I am really sad to
have to let it go.  It gives someone like me the best of both worlds in that I can load it up and take it on a week long trip with a passenger but then strip it down
and have fun on the twisty roads.
